What if the problem isn't discipline, focus, or effort — but the story you've been carrying about yourself?

The Perennial Space is a place to slow the swirl, ask harder questions, and shed what was never yours to carry.

You are capable. You know this. And yet something keeps getting in the way — of the work, of the decisions, of the version of yourself you can almost see but can't quite reach.

This isn't a discipline problem. For many people — particularly those wired differently — it's a perception problem. The story you were handed about who you are and what you're capable of was written a long time ago. And it doesn't fit anymore.

Coaching here isn't about advice or systems. It's a focused conversation that creates space for something more useful — clarity around what's actually true for you, and what you want to do about it.

If this sounds like the right conversation — let's start with a short intro call. No commitment, just a chance to see if it fits.

FAQ

  • We start with a short intro call to explore whether coaching feels right for you. In this call, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for, how I work, and answer any questions you have. There’s no commitment—after the call, you’ll have time to reflect and decide if you’d like to move forward. If you do, we’ll schedule our first full coaching conversation.

  • Coaching packages are available for both short-term focus and longer engagement. Pricing is shared on our intro call, where we can also figure out what kind of support makes the most sense for where you are right now.

  • Coaching is flexible. I typically start working with clients for 4–6 sessions, giving us time to explore topics in depth and create meaningful progress. At that point, we can reflect on how it’s going and decide whether to continue.

“Working with you these past few months has really changed the way I approach life. Our sessions helped me realize how important it is to slow down, take a breath, and truly reflect on my thoughts. Your guidance reminded me to step back from the nonstop rush of daily life, and it’s made all the difference in finding a more balanced, mindful way of living. I’ve also come to see that sometimes even a small change can trigger a domino effect, improving parts of life I never imagined were connected.”
